If you would like to help welcome thousands of prospective students, parents, VIPs, donors, alumni, and tourists to our campus, we look forward to meeting you.
We generally hire undergraduate students who have completed their first semester at Cal and who will have at least a year remaining on campus. We require new guides to be available to work the first summer after being hired. The position pays about $10 per hour and involves at least 5 to 7 hours work per week, depending upon the season. We value diversity and encourage people from all departments, majors, activities, interests and backgrounds to apply. Multiple language speakers are much appreciated.
